COMPOSITION & PROOFS - We reserve the right of arrangement and type style. If you would like a specific arrangement and/or type style, please provide us with a sample and specific directions, or print ready artwork. We will try to match any samples as closely as possible. Any author's alterations will be charged a $60.00 fee per hour after initial proofs are sent. Author agrees that Grandstand Inc, Affiliates, Parent Companies, or Subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any typographical errors resulting from lack of proof inspection. A proof will be emailed to you for your final approval prior to printing.
DESIGN - A custom design option will waive set-up fees associated with the the specific product in which the services were purchased only. All design fees are final. All designs are leased to purchaser for one year and my be reproduced without change durring lease period.
SERVICE - We will schedule your order for design and layout after we have received ALL of the information required to complete the design process. Orders will be shipped in accordiance to the turnaround time in the description of a specific product after receipt of author’s approved proof (excluding holidays and weekends). Approved proofs received after 1 p.m. Mountain Standard time will be entered into the next working days schedule. Large orders will be processed promptly, please allow extra time. Rush orders are available upon request. Please call for availability of press time.
SHIPPING - We can not ship to post office boxes. Our standard shipping method is UPS or Fed-Ex Ground service. Upgrades such as overnight, priority overnight, 2 day, or Saturday delivery, are available upon your request. Please call for availability of service and price quotes. Partial shipments are also available upon request. There is an additional $5.00 per package charge to drop ship to any additional address. MyHeroCards.com is not responsiable for courier related product loss or damage. All shipping charges are final. In the case of courier related damage or product loss MyHeroCards.com will rufund the purchaser 100% of the charges refunded by the courier.
TERMS - Terms are payment by check, credit, or debit card. If you are not able to use credit or debit cards a check payment must be secured prior to printing. Please allow extra time for this process.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations will be accepted without penalty. For orders in which design services have been rendered cancellations after initial proofing will be charged the full design charge. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellation after your final signed proofs have been received.

This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, promises and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of the State of Arizona and the State of Nevada. This is the entire agreement.
