Before we can begin we need to start an order. This can be done one of two ways: |

STEP TWO - Send Information |
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email providing a step by step process for information submission as well as file guidelines. If we will be doing your Hero Card design we will need all information prior to design. (pictures, stats, logos, ect) You will then be placed into a first come first serve design que.

STEP THREE - Proof Design |
Proofs will be emailed in PDF format, unless other arrangements have been made. This is the last step before print, so read your proofs carefully! If you have any changes this is the time to make them, one author change is allowed per order - an author change is defined as a change to information previously supplied by you the author. There is no limit on designer error corrections. |
STEP THREE - Print |
Our custom printing process is one of the quickest in the industry, for this reason there will be no changes to orders after they have reached this stage. |

All order will be shipped Federal Express, unless previous arrangements have been discussed |
